THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Master of Ceremonies

Time to give credit where credit is due.  This wonderful website has been brought to you by a number of talented young professionals who stepped up to volunteer their time and energy:

Kathy Wagner handles all the Xtravaganza promo for me. She takes care of publicity - setting up the radio interviews, and getting info out to the print media. She also graciously collects the food, toys and clothing donated at the door.

Pamela Escalante took charge as Team Leader/Whip Cracker.  The website www.XmasXtravaganza.org is as much her vision as anyone's.  You simply would not be reading these words if it weren't for her tireless work.

Jeff Tomberg (aka ‘Tuba Boy’) served as Lead Developer.   Jeff was the first guy I called who plugged Pam into the mix and went on to program an easy to work with space.  He also held my hand & walked me through a number of details.

Melissa Heid was the Lead Designer for all of the creative loveliness that you see all over the site as well as her groovin ePostcards that were sent to many of your email addresses.

Casey Grissom (www.redbank.com) was the Lead Producer of the show.  She developed all of the images and pages for the site.

Tony Cruz came aboard as our Systems Administrator by day and Technical Guru by night.  Tony saved our asses on a number of occasions.

Mark Sacco jumped in like a white knight to help get this party started by getting the coolest page on the site up: Sights and Sounds

Contributed materials were selflessly given by:

Barbara Svachak, otherwise known as Photo Barb, who is responsible for the homepage Christine Ohlman/Joe Hurley/NYPD "hug" photo, Mark Sullivan, otherwise known as Photo Monkey, Jerry Heer, bassist for the Whirling Dervishes and video contributor, Fiona Bowen who volunteered considerable audio visual materials and cheerful assistance and Kira Smith, otherwise noteworthy as boom operator for LAW & ORDER.

AND OF COURSE… MIKE CLEARY

Mike was in on the earlier meetings, brainstorming with all of us and serving as our Lead Historian.  Mike, ever helpful, resourceful and enthusiastic, sadly didn't live to see the website he gave his time to, as he passed away in the summer of 2001.  We will all miss him.
